Yes that's what I was gonna say^^ your pupils dilate to let in more light. They function like a photo lens aperture. So in low light they dilate to see better..but many studies have shown that human eyes dilate in response to looking at something or someone they find appealing or attractive. And also some drugs, medications and dehydration also can be the cause of dilated pupils. I don't know any particular correlation btwn PDs and pupil dialation...but I've never looked into the matter either. So not sure. But if it's in a clinical setting it might be meds and dehydration that is a side effect of them?..interesting observation tho! I'm gonna put it on my personal research list
