Hi zijax, I am learning that there has been scientific research done on willpower. From what I understand, It's like a muscle, in the sense that if you don't use it, you lose it. Also we as people have only a certain amount of willpower each day. So its something that can be used up, or saved. There are ways we can help ourselves get more energy. In Kelly McGonigal's book
The Willpower Instinct, she talks about exercise and meditation as being just two of the many things. I'm reading it now, though I am only on like chapter 3 and have to pick it back up.
