Rather than risking meds from unregulated sources, have you checked into patient assistane programs that give free meds from the pharmaceutical company based on income? Even if you don't meet all criteria I've found that they will still give you meds if you explain your needs aren't met/why you can't afford meds.
Other places to check are rxoutreach.com which offers really good prices on meds, xubec.com (I've not used it but has good prices too), and goodrx.com which shows you what different pharmacies charge and links to coupons.
I've been able to cobble things together pretty well with those sources.
