OCD in general can have depression as a symptom. I take Abilify and it took my anxiety from really high to mild/moderate. It didn't fix everything, though. I just got put on Lexapro less than a month ago and I'm hopeful that it will help my anxiety and obsession.
From what I understand, Wellbutrin is not an SSRI drug. SSRI's are usually prescribed specifically for OCD. Has your doctor tried you on an SSRI like Lexapro, Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac, or the like? I would request that if you feel the Wellbutrin is not working for you. Best wishes!
