My current location - Melbourne, Australia.

I'm battling to set the right time zone for scheduled chats on my side of the world.

I've set my profile to GMT (+11) but I really don't know how this correlates to where in the world the time zones are scheduled in America. Or how to convert this.

I'm sure this has come up before but I've looked in the tutorial and can't find this thread.

I keep picking it up because I get a notification on my screen saying "There's a Live Chat Happening" when there isn't.

How do I match where I am to where you are?
