I went to college on and off for seven years but I didn't accomplish much because of my issues. I have also had a rather dodgy work history because of the same thing. I would suggest trying to find a job you can deal with and try to save enough money to both move out of what I can only assume is a bad home situation and get what ever help you need to get your life in order. You can always go back to school if and when you feel ready.
