I can identify with that feeling. Depression and or the anxiety has made me supersensitive. I think it's because I have lost all self confidence. I was always quick to say I'm sorry. Now I say it constantly. Family is getting exasperated. Sorry for what?! Plus every little mistake is proof of my complete incompetence.
