Went to T this morning. Didn't discuss much because not much happened. Left early.

Saw my physical therapist this afternoon. He's stopping the traction to see how my back responds. I was having pain today--I think I was bending over and hurt it again. Now I'll have to wait three weeks until I see him again. I put a heating pad on my back this evening and it helped a bit. More exercises to do as well.

I have nothing tomorrow so I might do some more reading. I'm kind of nervous but otherwise okay.
