Sometimes it's not great to hear. The way I see it is that if one company won't hire me for a given reason, there are many others that feel the same too.

I would suggest to practice interviewing with someone you trust and have them give you feedback. Interviewing sucks but I try to ask questions that highlight what problems they have and I construct my answers so that it demonstrates how I can fix the problems that they have.
