I was trained in this as a psych nurse and found some of the techniques very useful for myself. I think it is a good way to go since it is a really positive approach to coping with symptoms and using specific strategies to deal with feelings/interactions that trigger you. I think it is useful for more than BPD. (plus the woman who developed this suffered from BPD, something she didn't talk about till she was in her 60's, I believe, so she comes from a place of Knowing)
