Sometimes I overshare and/or overreact. At least we are anonymous here. Thinking back, when I started having trouble reigning in my reactions in the workplace (6 years ago), I was becoming seriously mentally ill and had no clue how bad it was. In one job, I think they just gave me more work to keep me busy (and therefore I was less likely to bug them) and in the other job I was a supervisor so unfortunately, maybe the 20 people that worked for me felt like they were not in any position to say anything (or were just too busy/didn't care enough). I'm not proud of my lack of self control at the time and unfriended all my work related friends about 4 years ago. I knew I was failing in many ways and began disconnecting from everyone in my life. I have always been a bit impulsive but at the time, I couldn't dial it down at all.

We both read lots of posts here, I could name lots of people (but won't) who have said they have occassionally posted things then had 2nd thoughts about it. Besides editting our stuff for about 4 hours after we post; ocassionally, I have asked for some of my posts to be deleted. I have been impressed with how quickly the administrators at PC have responded to my requests. It is great that they let us do that, isn't it? Anyways, you are not alone. I think that sometimes our mental issues cause us to post things we wish we hadn't and this is a place for talking about all kinds of mental issues so it's all quite understandable.....
