That's happened to me on more than one occasion. Thing is though, I don't think I can really weigh in too much here considering my depressive states happen in cycle (BP). However, it didn't last four days at that severity, only has ever been up to 2 1/2 days before I get up to eat and shower. I'm sorry you went through this.
