I'm on Vyvanse, 40mg AM and 30mg at noon. It's been almost a wonder drug for me for a couple of reasons. First, I have ADHD and it controls those symptoms very well. Second, it counteracts the foggy head, lack of motivation, and lethargy which are present due to my other meds.

I'm bipolar and am a fan of Vyvanse. The onset of effect is gradual, as someone else said it's not psychoactive until it's processed in the body. Due to this as well, the comedown is very gradual and is not a crash as harsh as some of the others.

Some people can't take it due to agitation, anger, and other issues, but I've found it to be very effective at controlling my symptoms with almost zero side effects.

I used to be a caffeine addict, but ever since I've been on Latuda coffee doesn't do a thing for me. I still drink 3-4 cups a day, but I no longer get a caffeine buzz and if I don't have it I don't feel much different. Vyvanse has kind of replaced the "lift" I used to get from coffee, but again it's not the rocket fuel effect I liked in the past.

Feel free to keep posting with any questions, as it's obviously been used by a lot of people and the sharing of various experiences is one of the best things about this site.
