I can relate. I’ve dealt with social phobia for as long as I can remember. It’s much better today than it has ever been though. I’ve realized that the better I feel about myself the less I feel the social phobia. So I’ve started doing stuff to make me feel better about myself. I’ve also been on propranolol for a few years. It has helped tremendously.
Face those insecurities one step at a time. It can be done.
