Have you tried patient assistance programs for meds? You can find them on the webpage for the med and they will often give an exception if you have insurance or make "too much" but can show them need (I just write a brief note saying I need this med, I make this much and am spending this much on healthcare and can't afford $200 for this med).

Another thing to try is rxoutreach.com for generics. Way cheaper than most pharmacies. www.goodrx.com lets you compare pharmacy prices and shows any applicable coupons.

Those might help with your bills a little bit.
