No as much as used to...but racing thoughts are one of my oldest friends!..they suck btw... These symptoms you describe are common across many dxs. In ADHD they are very different than the racing thoughts of depression and or anxiety. It more like your mind just moves ways too fast. So when you try to express the thoughts you end up sounding disjointed and you are speaking very fast. People have trouble listening or following what you are saying.. kinda like hypomanic I guess. It's not that the thoughts are actually disorganized it's just that so much is being processed so fast that if you try to say or write it all...it seems like you are jumping all over the place because by the time you start to explain the first point your mind has already moved 3 -200 associated topics ahead of you..depending on your processing speed and how much detail you think in. Racing thoughts of depression and anxiety start with one tiny spark and build till you can not make out any of it..like being in a crowded echoing room with many people all talking over each other..or at least in my experiences. There is a lot of different kinds of noise upstairs! Rare and precious are moments of silence..you learn over time to tune most of it out on good days. Also self soothing and grounding techniques can help with or without out meds. Relaxation is key..but regardless nothing works all the time...some days you just gotta throw your hand up and accept it's just one of those days..ride it out
