I agree. It's very discriminatory and very wrong to shun and shame someone for being the way they are. Many MANY young and old alike are pushed to deep depression and suicide because they feel so utterly repulsed by themselves, and it's the soul cause of the religious nuts who try to tell them they are wrong and to "repent". I am sick of that sort of utter BS. That kind of religion is just a farce, a mockery of what a true religion should be. Everyone has a right to be accepted for who they are, who they are born into being. They didn't get to chose who they love, so why shun them for it? Why is it wrong to love?

Also, there's nothing wrong with being who you were born as, orientation wise. It's just a part of who you are. If you're attracted to the same sex, then allow yourself to be. Don't repress it and hate that part of you. You'll just wind up in a world of confusion and hurt and isolation that way. Embrace every part of yourself because you are a wonderful person, just the way you are!!!
