I'm sorry things are so awful now.

My T hasn't suggested any books etc but when it comes to anything related to my family, she has repeatedly asked that I not get involved and step waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back from their stuff.

I'm quite far from being able to do it though -- so, I get the struggle.
