I wasn't able to do more than one session, as I deal with more than just PTSD. (My bipolar needs to be more stable before I continue) but brainspotting was interesting. I can definitely see how it'll be helpful later. What makes it so nice is the fact that you don't even really have to talk and when it's too overwhelming, your doc knows how to take you out of it and back to a safe place. Keeps you from dissociating and also makes you more willing to dive into the memory because you know you can get out. I recommend it for anyone who's not too sure about EMDR.
