This is one I haven't thought about but suffer from. My phone is always on do not disturb. I don't answer calls, I usually text back and say I am busy, and ask what's up. When I accidentally turn off do not disturb and my phone rings or vibrates, my body will actually flinch. This goes back to grade school. I am afraid that I will here bad news or a disaster is on is about to be told. Crazy thing is I'm in sales. I always tell my customers to call or text with questions, but when they go call, I fear they are gonna be unhappy with me. Such a crazy deal.
