Yes, I get delusions when not in a mood episode. I think it's PTSD related but my PDOC thinks it's Schizoaffective. My therapist said she believes it's BIPOLAR 1 with PTSD. Who knows who's right. But yes, I've been delusional without classic mania symptoms or being clinically depressed. (((Hugs)))
