I have such bad phone anxiety & so does my daughter. I have more fear of making calls rather than answering-it usually takes me several tries to make a call. I try to plan out the conversation in my head & sometimes my brain just freezes up-I had to call last week for a pdoc appt. & when she asked for my phone number I just went totally blank & my heart was racing. Wish sometimes I could just text everyone.
