Are you seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist? Those would be the first steps for getting good help. My OCD has been bad lately, too, so my psychiatrist put me back on an SSRI (Lexapro). So far, I'm doing a lot better. Worries/anxiety is not 100% gone, but MUCH better than it was.

I hope you will seek help and get what you need. ((HUGS)) Is there any other way I can help? I would also recommend not to do your compulsions, whatever they are. Following through with compulsions makes the obsessing worse. Get plenty of sleep, avoid alcohol, get plenty of exercise, try yoga or meditation. I also take the supplement NAC: 3,000 mg a day. My psychiatrist recommended it. Overall, I obsess less when I take it, so now I take it daily. Here's the brand that I've noticed works best:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GFJJZ6...3314&sr=1&th=1
