My premiums are around $430 a month I think for my son and I. My employer pays half.

I can't remember my deductible, it just changed. I want to say it's either $3000 or $5000. I will never meet it.

My son's mental health visits are free under the plan. I cash pay at my pdoc's office because he doesn't take insurance. It's $160 per visit.

My new pharmacy copays are 15/45/80, I think. Just changed. Was 10/35/70.

My out-of-pocket medical expenses for my son and I, not including premiums, is usually ballpark $2500 per year. Last year was close to $4000 because I had a health issue.
