One possibility would be to take them when you get home and can fall into bed.

I think it also depends on how much you plan on drinking. If you're planning on getting plastered, I'd do the above. Otherwise, I'd bring a small pill container (CVS, etc.) and maybe excuse yourself to a bathroom to take them (at least I'm embarrassed to take them in front of others and do that at work whenever possible).
