I spent a good 6 months working 50+ hours a week and going to school 2 nights a week, so I can understand that frustration. My immediate supervisor just doesn't know how to manage, and barely understands what each of her employees do in terms of their individual tasks (I work in the medical records department at a big hospital system). All she does is spend time delegating tasks, reading emails and checking her text messages on her phone. There is little to no recognition for the employees who put in alot of time and effort to get tasks completed, and no help from management either.
