I've encountered this odd anxiety/OCD/ paranoia thing: I will start obsessing about something and I will worry that people are thinking about the same thing I am.

For example, I realized I made a mistake at work, and I'm afraid that other people are thinking about it, too, even though it might not be noticeable.

Or when obsessing about something else, I'm afraid everyone knows.

Does anyone else experience this?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
P.S. My main obsession is the fear that people are mad at me. This is probably why I fear that people know what I am obsessing about: that they will get mad at me because of it. If that makes any sense at all...
