sometimes the anxiety runs so high that it reaches a point where no one thing can help us. Often in these situations we need to work on everything, the right meds ( try including propranalol into the mix if your anxiety is more physical), if its more pshychological a benzo would help ( but remember to take it for short term), then good diet, excercise, a good routine, deep breathing relaxation techniques, and most importantly hope, believe that youre going to get well, and think of things youd do once youre better, work, travel, whatever excites you. Lean on family, friends, for support.
