make up your own game, then try and play it (I like trying to do stuff using anagrams)

write a poem (or the start of a poem)

learn the lyrics to a song you like, then get a copy of the song and sing it

make kissing noises with your lips to the empty air (I do this a lot!)

start writing a list of reasons to be greatful/ happy

say the alphabet aloud or count to 10 aloud

get out some of your old poetry/ stories and look through them/ read old journal entries if you have them
