If it's the weekend or a day where I can sleep in, I sleep anywhere between 7.5-9.5 hours. I'll take it way late: 1:30 AM since I want to stay up and enjoy doing things I don't get to do on a work night. Sometimes it does depend on whether I've been on the dose for a while or if it is a recent increase, which takes my body a while to get used to. Although Seroquel is often reported to be much more sedating on 50-100 mg, I actually did experience a lot of sedation climbing my way from 200 mg-300 mg, and this continued as I tapered to 600 mg. After a week or two of being on the same dose though, the body adjusts.

On a work night, I only get 6-7.5 hours of sleep on an average since it's hard to shut my mind off. It's not uncommon for me to feel the sedation throughout the morning. Worst case scenario is that I feel kind of drugged, and you have to be careful if you drive. Coffee is my best friend. It helps to take it a little earlier and go to bed earlier. I try to take it at 10:30 to get up for work around 7:20 AM, but I'd recommend earlier than that.
