Of course all meds are like this. But some are "more" like this. Many meds help quite a lot of people and people's reactions can be anything from no effect to pretty good to really good to awful. This one is special I feel in that that it helps quite a few number of people. It does seem to help them quite a bit. Other people it simply does not affect. I haven't heard horror stories about Buspar. And most meds are a sliding scale of success, this is like total hit and miss. Quite interesting.
