And I am working hard, everyday, to get it.

I will remember this thread when I am blue or when I want to mess it up.

Very near future (this and next week):
Start a stimulant (Ritalin/Concerta or Wellbutrin) for negative symptoms, depressive symptoms and lack of concentration.
Start a fitness activity (legs, glutes and abs).
Eat healthy.
Continue going to the english chat meetings.
Keep reading and painting.
Study for an examn I have next week (on Thursday).
Meditate to avoid rumination.
Take less benzos.
Try to relax and enjoy some time without feeling I am wasting it.
Think on what I have learnt from other worlds instead of messing up my head because I don't have them anymore, and how I can translate the good things about them to everyone's reality.

Near future (next weeks):
Keep doing with the activities (reading, meditation, fitness, meetings, ...)
Attend lessons when they begin in February.
Going to the library on the evenings on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and in the morning on Sunday to be up to date with lessons and to avoid having to study everything before the final examns.
Learn to draw using a book as a guide (I have to order it)
Try to play videogames if "I am losing my time" obsessions allow me to do it.
Finish some courses I have to do at the red crox to volunteer. And overcome the anxiety about it (I would be in an ambulance in events)

Still near future (3-4 months):
Keep going with everything.
Stop the antidepressant if the meditation works.

The end of the near future (5 months):
Attend all examns (I will have 6, 4 in May and 2 in June).
Find more physical and cultural activities once I end the examns (summer college activities).
Begin to draw my project to make a tribute to Wonderland, entities, voices, ... once I am skilled enough on drawing.

Summer time:
Keep going with healthy activities, finding new things to do. I will now when I am nearer summer in time
Stop the antipsychotic really slowly.

Medium-long term (a year):
Keeeep gooooing.
Apply for voluntary practices.

Long term (4 years):
Finish my degree in pharmacy (5 years degree, I would have made it in 6 years instead of five if everything keeps going fine).
Study for an special examn, pass it, and get the opportunity of specialize in Clinical Genetic, Hospital Pharmacy, ... or apply to a doctorate in psychopharmacology. I can't guess what will happen from now!
