Heheh. In the Bonobo (a close relative of humans in the evolutionary tree) society, sex is used as a means to resolve conflict and deepen bonds between group members. This is opposed to our other close relatives, the Chimpanzees, who resort to all sorts of violence for conflict resolution. Makes you wonder why we didn't adopt the Bonobo society rules instead of being more Chimpanzee like.
Anyways, its entirely natural for male bonobos to have sex with other male bonobos. Nature didn't flub up, it's just what happens within their society to keep the peace. Bonobos are the epitome of "Make love, not war".
Homosexuality exists in other animal societies as well. In fact, if you look back on many different cultures within history, males would often court other males. In ancient Greece, I believe, young men who were just starting themselves in the ways of courtship and dating would often court another, much older guy, until they were deemed ready and worthy enough to actually pursue a female.
I don't know where this notion that "it's against nature" or whatnot for a guy to be with another guy. It's silly, really.
