I dropped out because I couldn't handle how depressed the people there made me and I had some other issues. Honestly I don't regret it. I got my GED and worked a lot. Sure I had to work my way up but I now have an awesome stable salary paying Job at an insurance brokerage. Honestly, if you do drop out at least get your GED. It's the same as a diploma no matter what anyone tells you. You can still go to college whenever you want. You can still pursue your dreams. School isn't for everyone, it wasn't for me at all and I was doing really well too. If you have parents who support you maybe they would be okay with you managing your job or school. Maybe both isn't what you need. I choose work over school at 16. I mean that wasn't the only deciding factor. I know my parents were not too thrilled I stopped going. But they eventually got over it. And I made something of myself. I'm. Sure this isn't the answer most people here wanna read. But you may be balancing too much. Maybe you can't handle work and school. Maybe you need a break. Just end up with a diploma or GED at the end. You will Thank yourself down the road.
