Today I made an appointment with a new therapist. They are not certain if they take my plan but I can't go if they don't. My appointment is Friday. Making this appointment caused me to fade away. I felt fearful and unreal. I put on soccer and felt better. I hope I will not panic on appointment day. I shouldn't because I said I would be there.
