For the last several weeks I've been experiencing this weird sensation along my upper spine that radiates to my neck and the back of my head. Sometimes down through my arms as well. The best way to describe it is a feeling similar to when you shiver but it remains for a while instead of going away super quick. It's kind of a buzzing feeling and is really creepy feeling. It's been keeping me from sleeping many nights in the past couple of weeks.
I don't know if this is caused by anxiety, as I've experienced numbness and weird sensations with anxiety before, but never like this. Or is this some sort of medical (possible nerve) issue that I should have checked out. When it happens sometimes I feel an intense urge to move to try to shake off the feeling, which usually helps only momentarily.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?
