My next appointment is on the 26th. I usually see her every week, but she wanted to give me time to work on my 'homework'.

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
