I did see a couple of therapists who weren't exactly quick to let me go but I didn't trust them either..
(I was told it would "get worse before it gets better")

The first one was very picky about what we talked about... it was mostly about him and his needs I now realise

Something absolutely horrible one of the parental units did was met with callous indifference

I started a thread in this forum earlier today ... got timed out grrr
