Hello FallenAngel454: Well... I've never been diagnosed as having OCD. But I have these sorts of thoughts quite often. They're disturbing.

But they're just thoughts. I don't know if what you are experiencing could be considered OCD or if it might simply be a sign of anxiety. This would be something for a mental health professional to determine.
By the way, when I have these types of thoughts, I employ a practice called "compassionate abiding". It's a Buddhist technique. But here is a link to a nice mental-health-oriented description of the practice:
