I get something similar with anxiety but I also get the same sensations along with DEEP pain in the base of my skull and down my right arm. Feels my limb is filled with ice and my whole arm hurts with tingling in my fingers. For years the doctor said it was anxiety and fibromyalgia. I insisted on an MRI and he said he'd do an X-RAY. The X-ray was clear and he said his previous diagnosis was correct and not to worry. A bit later I demanded an MRI as my research indicated an X-ray was not sufficient. Turns out I have cervical spinal stenosis, arthritis, bone spurs and a slipped disk. I spend years thinking my mind was creating imaginary pain and that really effected me emotionally. All because they tried to save money on tests and preferred to rely on guess work. My suggestion is to see a doctor and make sure it's not physical. (((Hugs)))
