I've never been a member (I go to AA), but I've heard good things about it. My problem is that there aren't any IRL meetings around here. I'm glad you found something that works for you. Different approaches to problems make perfect sense.

I have problems with the spiritual part of the 12 steps...It led me to go out a few times. There is a small sub-group of AA called AA Agnostica that has 12 steps without any spiritual content. It's kind of interesting if anyone wants to Google them.
