I need to join this. I've been diagnosed with diabetes and need to change my diet.
I had oatmeal and a half-slice of ham for breakfast, homemade BBQ chicken wings for lunch. My husband is making roast chicken and and a veggie of some sort. I want peas but they're too high in carbs.
I also need to change my snacks (cheese sticks and nuts) because they're too high in fat.
I need enough calories for breakfast so my Latuda will work.
