Hi,

Even if a professional has already diagnosed you with conversion disorder, one option that you might find to be helpful (if you haven't already explored this option) would be to talk with a counselor or therapist about what your options might be as far as working is concerned. Talking to a therapist or counselor might help you to explore whether starting a business or seeking some form of employment might likely work out well or whether applying for disability benefits might be a good option. And I'm not sure about how helpful talk therapy would be specifically for conversion disorder, but engaging in talk therapy might possibly help you to develop some skills that could potentially help you to cope with your disorder. At any rate, I'm not sure if you might have already tried talking to a counselor or therapist (or if you might currently be in therapy) or what your ideas might be about how helpful you might find some form of counseling or therapy to be, but I figured that I'd make this suggestion.

Take care, and best wishes.
