Forgave myself for not having had a shower in forever... I did have a quick bath last night... that's something... managed to get to work almost on time. Still working with that same client that I have a dual relationship with. Spoke with my parent peer about my daughter... who appears to have returned to a manic state (which will be good for her schoolwork, hopefully). I think that's all, I think... I sat in on one of my coworker's groups to try to learn better group leadership skills.
