I've gotten a few hydroxyzine from a friend as I'm a bad insomniac. I felt so good laying in bed that night. And when I had to go to the ER for a panic attack on Christmas Day and she asked if I ever tried Benadryl to calm me down? I had to laugh because Benadryl won't touch my attacks but that vistaril worked great and I'm actually thinking of talking to my pdoc about it.
