It is hard for me to do. It was beaten into my head, literally, all through my growing up. I have had it through my adult life as well. Constantly being taken advantage of, ostracized because I'm disabled and outcast even from family because I don't value money or possessions. I still deal with the mistake of getting out of the Army, the one and only place I felt I've belonged. I had to take care of people at a very young age, my brothers, and it is so ingrained in me to take care of others because they matter more.
