Have you been diagnosed with mental illness? Is that why you are not working or is it a choice you've made? I didn't work when my daughter was young nor most of my first marriage because my husband didn't want me to. Sounds like you have some anxiety, but I can't really diagnose you as I'm not a professional. Your body needs sleep so no need to feel guilty about getting some Zzzzzs.
