I'm curious, does anybody around here have a method for dealing with out of control alters? I have a particularly nasty alter who calls himself Saint. He's... vicious, rude, and honestly works entirely for a shock factor (think filthy frank...) and has gone as far as to tell my loved ones that they are (as an example) worthless [redacted] [redacted] that should go kill themselves.
Honestly it's becoming a very tired explanation when I'm fronting again and having to deal with the damage he dealt..
