I was like that but over time I have trained myself out of that trait. one thing that would help it to look at things backward, instead of saying , this happend and it is going to snowball in to this , ask yourself "am I going to die?" "is my life going to change for he worst forever? those kind of things, then when I realized the worst was going to happen I could put tragic events in a reasonable perspective ,
it worked for me , i hope it will for you , I remember how I hated everything in my life being such a drama
