well there is a thing called exploding head syndrome. My ringing head all staerted the morning of sept 30 2015 when I awoke to a series of brain zaps that sounded like a pack of firecrackers in my head I'm not who I used to be this was caused by a 50% reduction of paroxetine by my psych they reintroduced it back but none of my meds seem to work as well.
